Wells Fargo is seeking to improve regulatory reporting, specifically FR 2052a, through the development of high-impact data solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Data Engineering experience
- 2+ years' experience writing SQL
- Familiarity with Informatica and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx
- Experience with large-scale data warehouse environments, Star schema dimensional model
- Experience working in agile environments, Jira, Confluence
- Knowledge of banking products and funding mechanisms
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting, especially FR 2052a
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain optimized and highly available data pipelines that facilitate deeper analysis and reporting
- Oversee the data integration work, including developing a data model, maintaining a data warehouse and analytics environment, and writing scripts for data integration and analysis
- Design, develop, and test data pipelines and software solutions to support regulatory reporting (FR 2052a)
- Create and maintain documentation including test plans, technical designs, and user stories
- Provide implementation support and troubleshoot issues in production environments
- Proactively propose innovative solutions and improvements to enhance system performance and compliance
- Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify improvement opportunities
