Lear Corporation is looking to solve complex business problems by implementing digital transformation and leveraging Palantir Foundry to optimize operations across global manufacturing, supply chain, and administrative functions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with Palantir Foundry.
- 5+ years of experience in Big Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, ETL experience (Snowflake, Databricks, PowerBI etc.).
- Strong proficiency and experience in Python, R, Spark SQL, and data modeling concepts.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and tools like Git, Docker, or Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, Engineering or other corporate systems in a large scale manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining Foundry pipelines, code-repos, ontology objects, applications, operational dashboards AI Agents and AIP workflows.
- Partnering with engineering, finance, and operations teams to identify opportunities to deliver digital transformation.
- Designing and implementing custom workflows in Palantir Foundry to aggregate and analyze data from diverse sources like ERP, Shop-Floor/MES, Financial, Program Management and Engineering systems.
- Supporting the rollout of new Foundry features and upgrades across Lear’s global operations.
- Providing technical expertise and training to end-users, empowering teams to leverage Foundry for analytics, reporting and AI/ML.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
