Healthie is looking to improve customer onboarding speed, reduce manual effort, and expand its ability to empower its diverse and growing customer base through the design, development, and scaling of its data migration and integration pipelines.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering experience
- Strong backend skills in Ruby or a similar language
- Proficient in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
- Experience building production-grade, fault-tolerant ETL pipelines at scale
- Skilled at transforming messy, inconsistent data into clean, performant systems
- Experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or HIPAA compliance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and scaling of data migration and integration pipelines
- Own the architecture and implementation of core ETL workflows that ingest, transform, and validate complex healthcare data from other systems
- Automate and streamline data migration and integration processes
- Ensure data quality, scalability, and compliance
- Work closely across engineering and customer success teams
- Improve customer onboarding speed and reduce manual effort
