Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience with machine learning techniques, predictive modeling, and delivering data-driven solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with SQL and scripting languages such as Python, R, or similar.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in cloud-based environments such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrated experience in deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
- Proven ability to lead and drive technical discussions, making authoritative decisions on modeling approaches and solutions.
- Strong ability to think creatively to solve complex business problems with innovative data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to identify and define complex, ambiguous data analysis to uncover patterns and answer business questions.
- Independently formulate and assist in the design of solutions to stakeholder problems.
- Architect scalable, reliable, and efficient data solutions that align with the company’s data strategy and stakeholder requirements, ensuring that all solutions are future-proof and well-integrated.
- Serve as the subject matter expert, owner, and primary point of contact for assigned projects.
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of ML/AI solutions, from model development to production deployment, and guide decision-making across the organization.
- Consult with technical leaders to establish and communicate realistic timelines and provide authoritative estimates of the level of effort required for each project.
- Lead discussions on recommended approaches and alternatives for solving modeling and analytical problems.
