Requirements
- Experience developing statistical or ML models
- Experience with Bayesian inference, marketing mix modeling, or lifetime value modeling
- Strong competency with Python and SQL
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Strategists, and Engineers to identify opportunities and deliver data science solutions
- Prototype different approaches to identify the best data solutions for business problems
- Design, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine-learning models in business- and customer-facing applications
- Continuously validate and improve model performance through iterative testing, tuning, and feature engineering
- Propose, design, and execute marketing lift tests leveraging both traditional A/B test designs and model-based approaches like causal impact
- Research advancements in data science and machine learning to evaluate new techniques and technologies for potential application
Other
- Master's Degree with 4+ years of experience working in a Data Science or similar role
- Experience communicating data science solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- 3 days per week in NYC office
