RVO Health is seeking to improve the predictive accuracy of their recommendation systems to make them more reliable and efficient.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of machine learning and statistical modeling
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: recommender systems, NLP, deep learning, or graph theory applications
- Proficient in collecting and mining data from disparate data sources
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy robust recommendation models using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Continuously improve existing models by incorporating new data, refining algorithms, or utilizing innovative data science techniques
- Communicate complex data science concepts and model outcomes to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with other data scientists, data engineers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Collect and mine data from disparate data sources
Other
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist
- Capability of communicating effectively with business and data science leaders
- Analytical and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, execute, and deliver projects on time
- Committed team player who is proactive, takes ownership over the success of their projects, and works hard to support those around them
- Comfortable working onsite in Charlotte or Minneapolis twice a week
- Must be comfortable with unstructured, fast moving and constantly evolving high-growth environment
