Requirements
- MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics or a related quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of industrial experience in Data Science, Machine Learning and related areas
- Deep statistical understanding of data at scale
- Authoritative knowledge of Python/R and SQL
- Experience with advanced modeling techniques, such as deep neural network, collaborative filtering, matrix factorization, time series analysis, mixed-effect models, etc
- Experience with driving monetization, member engagement, longer term member value through AI
- Experience working on large scale AI systems with applications across machine learning and generative AI, AI infrastructure, data foundation, and self-serve analytics through DS methods
Responsibilities
- Partner with colleagues to identify high-impact opportunities to leverage data to better serve users
- Accelerate revenue and engagement advancement through improvements in data science models
- Participate in research efforts to explore the frontiers of GenAI, Deep Learning, Recommender systems, and other areas
- Collaborate with partner teams to define metrics that quantify various aspects of the business
- Represent Data Science in cross-functional meetings and reviews
- Translate difficult technical subject matter to business partners
