Scaling and supporting Full Service WIP strategy and outreach, and optimizing every FS customer’s journey to adopting the right outreach for them in service to the customer benefit
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field
- Proven ability to extract insights from data and communicate compelling data-driven stories that drive business impact
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience with Python or R for advanced analytics, modeling, and automation is a plus
- Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Databricks) is a plus
- Machine learning and Generative AI experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic thinking and cross-functional alignment around data-driven approaches to optimize product and marketing efforts
- Lead deep exploration of customer data and spearhead customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and other actionable analysis/modeling
- Develop experimentation plans to measure and optimize execution of data-driven strategies across execution, targeting, and personalization
- Leverage machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-driven solutions to improve decision-making
- Optimize and manage data pipelines to ensure scalable and efficient reporting
