Develop advanced decision support systems to improve business unit performance and efficiency at Raymond James
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, including NLP
- Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis testing
- Strong Python skills
- Proficient in SQL
- Comfortable with Unix scripting
- Experience building models that actually delivered value to a business
- Experience deploying systems to a production environment
- Working knowledge of “big data” technology like Spark is preferred
Responsibilities
- Working with business partners, define a business use case utilizing machine learning or advanced analytics
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from various heterogeneous data sources
- Develop machine learning models for prediction or classification in support of a business use case
- Implement advanced AI solutions, e.g., deep learning
- Deploy models to production systems using Docker containers
- Write Python modules to automate Data Science tasks
- Review Python code of junior colleagues

- Bachelor’s: Data Processing, Bachelor’s: Information Technology (Required), Master's
