Requirements
- Proven ability to extract insights from complex datasets and communicate compelling data-driven stories to influence decision-making
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation
- Expertise with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, Power BI).
- Advanced proficiency in A/B testing, Python or R for analytics, modeling, and automation
- Familiarity with big data and cloud tools (e.g., Snowflake, Spark, Databricks) is a plus
- Experience with machine learning and AI techniques, and statistical modeling is strongly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
Responsibilities
- Lead deep exploration of customer data and spearhead customer segmentation, LTV modeling, and other advanced analytics solutions
- Develop experimentation plans and testing frameworks to measure, optimize, and scale data-driven strategies across targeting, personalization, and product initiatives
- Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI-based methods to deliver innovation and improve decision-making across the business
- Optimize and manage data pipelines, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and efficient reporting and analytics capabilities
- Partner with product, finance, and business development leaders to define strategies, investment priorities, and data-driven opportunities
- Mentor and coach data scientists and analysts, elevating craft skills, encouraging innovation, and fostering a culture of learning and excellence
