Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
- 7+ years of experience in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- 7+ years of experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib).
- 7+ years of experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in problem-solving with complex datasets.
- 5+ years of experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience mentoring and developing junior data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations and enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and improve operational processes.
- Monitor and maintain AI models in production, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.
