Blackpoint Cyber is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to build out data science solutions for their AI business unit, supporting the development of AI products and features to help stop cyber-attacks and protect their growing customer base.

Responsibilities
- Define, implement, train, and evaluate ML models.
- Design and implement algorithms to ingest, wrangle, and transform model input data.
- Conduct feature engineering to extract, construct, derive, and evaluate model inputs.
- Perform statistical analyses per stakeholder requirements and modeling objectives.
- Deploy models and feature engineering algorithms as scalable containerized solutions.
- Develop model governance utilities and dashboards to monitor, report, and visualize performance of deployed solutions.
- Implement data, feature, and model lifecycle best practices.
Other
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on Data Science, with a track record of delivering A.I. products and services into production.
- Experience building in the well-architected mindset—for efficiency, performance, security, and reliability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Blackpoint Cyber’s Security Operations Center (SOC), and our Adversary Pursuit Group (APG)
