Requirements
- Experience managing structured and unstructured data including coding in at least one high-level programming language such as Python, R, C/C++, C-Sharp, or Java.
- Experience with Exploratory Data Analyses, Inference analysis, Predictive analysis (Regression, Classification, etc.) and forecasting.
- Experience working in environments with developers building and maintaining production-scale applications, services, or solutions.

Responsibilities
- You will identify instrumentation needs, define and set up metrics and OKRs, deeply analyze the data to identify insights and experiment ideas that move our business metrics.
- You will design and execute on Growth Experiments, analyze results to identify key insights.
- You will build models that predict customer behavior that will be used to drive personalized features and targeted outreach efforts.
- You will drive best practices for models and develop operational models that run at scale.
- You’ll also conduct thorough reviews of data analysis and modeling techniques, and identify and invent new evaluation methods.
- You will research and maintain a deep knowledge of the industry, including trends and technologies, so that you can identify strategy opportunities and contribute to thought leadership best practices.
- You’ll also write extensible code that spans multiple features, and develop expertise in proper debugging techniques.
Other
- You will work closely with a variety of teams including senior leadership, product management, software engineers, design, and User Research to shape business and product strategy through the use of data-backed insights.
- You will help evaluate the return of investments on new ideas, to assess if investments are meeting customer and business promises, and hypotheses and insights to drive growth.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
