Requirements
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with a focus on data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
- 2 years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including BigQuery, Dataflow, and TensorFlow.
- Experience in developing and deploying predictive models and analytical solutions in healthcare settings.
- Demonstrated expertise in working with distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience working with Medicare Stars or other healthcare quality improvement programs is preferred.
- Experience working with health equity data
- Demonstrated commitment to staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in healthcare analytics.

- 3+ years of experience in a data science role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and partner with clinical stakeholders.
- Ability to work a hybrid work schedule 3 days per week in an office location (Hartford Connecticut, Chicago Illinois or Blue Bell Pennsylvania).
- Proven track record of innovative thinking and creative problem-solving in healthcare analytics projects.
