ThinkTek LLC is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead the development and application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence solutions in support of large-scale Federal Government programs.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise with Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, AI, and statistical modeling techniques.
- Experience with SQL and working with large-scale databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Experience working in secure federal or DoD environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning and statistical models.
- Apply predictive and prescriptive analytics to solve mission and business challenges.
- Work with structured and unstructured data sources, ensuring data integrity, quality, and governance.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytic frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling data visualizations and reports for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Mentor junior analysts and data scientists on methods, tools, and best practices.
Other
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or related fields.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
