Requirements
- Experience analyzing large, complex, multi-dimensional datasets with a variety of tools.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis environments such as R.
- Experience with relational databases like SQL.
- An understanding of both structured and unstructured data.
- Experience applying statistical concepts to real-world applications.
- Experience defining and refining project deliverables and scope.
- Extensive experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, including a proven record of driving adoption.
Responsibilities
- Leads the development and deployment of causal and predictive models using statistical programming languages like R and Python based on integrated data from numerous sources, often stored in a SQL environment.
- Drives definition and implementation of advanced data visualization strategies using tools like Tableau.
- Architects solutions for handling large-scale data and computation in collaboration with the Business Intelligence team.
- Partners with stakeholders in the organization, translating complex business problems into clear analytical solutions.
- Manages the delivery of multiple projects from end-to-end, employing project management techniques.
- Communicates complex methodologies, leads training sessions, and drives usage and adoption of our tools and applications across the enterprise.
- Provides rigorous proof and explanation for model acceptance tests to executive stakeholders.
Other
- BA/BS in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience.
