Toyota's OneTech Data department is looking to optimize marketing investment by building customer-level intelligence across the customer journey using customer and marketing data.
Requirements
- Proficient in analyzing and modeling large data sets, structured and unstructured, utilizing modern statistical, machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI techniques.
- Expertise in transforming ambiguous questions into impactful experiments, analysis, or models.
- Experience with Machine Learning platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Databricks), Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), Data Pipelines (Spark and Airflow), CI/CD, GitHub, and visualization (Power BI or Tableau).
- Experience deploying models in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Utilize machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models to create consumer intelligence such as Next Best Action Models, Recommendation Engines, Defection and Loyalty Models, and Customer Lifetime Value Models for customer-centric business teams.
- Translate business challenges into tangible proof-of-concept models through a combination of creative thinking, well-planned experimentation, rigorous analysis, and an innovative application of machine learning techniques.
- Write production-quality code in Python, PySpark, and SQL to ensure robust and efficient data processing.
- Develop data-driven products that analyze large datasets to extract insights that inform strategic investments and drive operational improvements.
- Communicate complex analytical results and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using compelling data visualizations, reports and presentations.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, senior scientists, data engineers, and other team members in an agile and scrum environment, ensuring cross-functional alignment to fulfill product delivery requirements.
