Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning models and frameworks (e.g., Regression, Decision Trees, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and understanding of deep learning and neural networks
- Strong experience with business-focused machine learning applications like forecasting and scenario planning
- Expertise in big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiarity with large-scale models for text or image generation
- Background in optimization algorithms and tools for decision-making applications
Responsibilities
- Developing and optimizing machine learning models to support data-driven decision-making
- Designing predictive, prescriptive, causal, and optimization models for business use cases
- Presenting actionable insights through data storytelling and explainable AI techniques
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML technologies seamlessly
- Monitoring production AI/ML models and improving them with performance tracking and CI/CD frameworks
