Exadel is looking to hire an AI Engineer to collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to design, develop, and implement a multi-agent AI solution for one of their Big Four accounting firm clients. The goal is to build AI agents capable of interpreting data frames and structured data, deriving domain-specific insights, and matching the skills of functional experts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python programming, particularly in the context of AI and machine learning
- Strong proficiency with LangGraph, LangChain, and its applications in AI development
- Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) for data interpretation
- Experience or familiarity with ReAct agent, multi-agents, RAG (vector DBs, multi-source RAG)
- Familiarity with handling and processing structured data, including SQL databases and CSV/Parquet files
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional agile team to design, develop, and implement a multi-agent AI solution
- Utilize Python, LangChain, and LangGraph to build and integrate AI models capable of interpreting data frames and structured data
- Work with large language models (LLMs) to process and analyze data from SQL databases and CSV or Parquet files
- Ensure the AI agents interpret existing data sets, outputs from modeled data, and curated third-party data sets to derive domain-specific insights
- Develop the AI agents to match the skills and responses of functional experts, serving as the reference benchmark for data interpretation and exploration
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to ensure project milestones are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and the overall quality of the AI implementation

- 5+ years of hands-on background in data science
- Ability to work effectively in an agile team environment, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills
