Requirements
- High level of proficiency in Python and Tableau dashboard development
- Experience building automated data pipelines in Databricks, including cleaning, aggregating, and organizing data from multiple sources
- Ability to lead and design data modeling processes, algorithms and predictive models, AI use cases, and custom analysis
- Experience leading data driven analytic activities involving the identification of key indicators for both compliance and effectiveness critical to mission/business success
- Experience manipulating large data sets and using them to identify trends and reach meaningful conclusions to inform strategic business decisions
- Ability to define data requirements and ensure storage, availability, and coherence of electronically stored information to guarantee it meets the organization's needs
- Competency in data mining, including structuring of raw data to formulate or recognize patterns to generate new information and unlock information and insights that help the organization better manage risks
- Expertise in PowerBI
- Knowledge of additional coding languages such as R and SQL
- Proficiency in Excel
Responsibilities

- Experience leading advance analytics development efforts and managing the work of more junior data scientists
- Experience building automated data pipelines in Databricks, including cleaning, aggregating, and organizing data from multiple sources

- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum SIX (6) years of relevant professional experience OR 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a relevant M.S./M.A. degree
