The partner company is looking to hire a Senior Data Scientist to design, build, and implement AI-driven solutions that analyze large-scale financial data, working on machine learning pipelines, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to identify patterns, optimize performance, and mitigate risk. The goal is to improve decision-making, drive insights, and enhance enterprise-level spend management.
Requirements
- Strong applied experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis with large datasets.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
- Knowledge of regression modeling, decision trees, random forests, SVMs, clustering, and ensemble methods.
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data to support product development and system design.
- Understanding of probability, statistics, experimental design, predictive modeling, optimization, and causal inference.
- Hands-on experience with Linux distributions.
- minimum 5 years of data science experience with at least 3 years using Python.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI and machine learning projects, engaging stakeholders to collect requirements, develop models, and deliver analytical solutions.
- Design, maintain, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, modeling, prediction, deployment, and diagnostics.
- Research and implement advanced analytical methods to solve complex business problems.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into software products and user-facing analytics.
- Identify opportunities to improve analytics quality, model performance, and predictive capabilities.
