Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex query development and database optimization
- Expert-level Python programming skills including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and data visualization libraries
- Advanced expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) including dashboard development and data modeling
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Deep knowledge of enterprise business systems (CRM, ERP, data warehouses)
- Expert-level analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle ambiguous business challenges
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization and communication tools
Responsibilities
- Lead complex data analysis projects from conception to delivery, working directly with senior management and external clients to define analytical requirements and strategic objectives.
- Design and develop advanced SQL queries, data models, and automated reporting solutions to support enterprise-level decision-making.
- Create sophisticated data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools to communicate insights to executive stakeholders.
- Architect and implement Python-based data analysis workflows, including statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning applications.
- Evaluate and optimize existing data infrastructure, identifying opportunities for process automation and performance improvements.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to measure business impact and validate strategic initiatives.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between business units, C-level executives, and external clients, translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
