Requirements
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 1+ year(s) data-science experience
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years data-science experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience
- Equivalent experience
- 2+ years customer-facing, project-delivery experience, professional services, and/or consulting experience
- Ability to manage structured and unstructured data, apply statistical techniques and report results
- Ability to write extensible code that spans multiple features, and develop expertise in proper debugging techniques
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with a variety of teams including senior leadership, product management, software engineers, design, and User Research to shape business and product strategy through the use of data-backed insights.
- You will identify instrumentation needs, define and set up metrics and OKRs, deeply analyze the data to identify insights and experiment ideas that move our business metrics.
- You will design and execute on Growth Experiments, analyze results to identify key insights.
- You will build models that predict customer behavior that will be used to drive personalized features and targeted outreach efforts.
- You will drive best practices for models and develop operational models that run at scale.
- You will conduct thorough reviews of data analysis and modeling techniques, and identify and invent new evaluation methods.
- You will research and maintain a deep knowledge of the industry, including trends and technologies, so that you can identify strategy opportunities and contribute to thought leadership best practices.

- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
