Responsibilities
- Lead the data science design of the next generation platform for Ads Planning experimentation, utilizing randomized controlled trials and statistics to evaluate and guide future Ads Planning initiatives.
- Design and analyze experiments, including randomized controlled trials, to measure and guide the impact of critical Ads Planning initiatives.
- Define key performance indicators and their associated value for both advertisers and Google across various Ads Planning initiatives.
- Formulate metrics that capture the impact of Ads Planning tools on advertiser spend, and reach.
- Develop methodologies for conducting impact studies for agency and third-party tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of measurement strategies.
- Designing scalable solutions for Ads Planning randomized controlled trials.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of work experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, performing statistical analysis, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 5 years work experience with a Master's degree).
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
