Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experimentation/causal inference techniques
- Experience with marketing measurement, attribution, or predictive modeling (e.g., MMM, incrementality testing, channel optimization)
Responsibilities
- Design and execute experiments and causal analyses across top-of-funnel acquisition channels, including A/B, geo, and lift tests.
- Build and maintain measurement frameworks for attribution, incrementality, and media mix modeling to guide marketing investment.
- Develop predictive models and analytics pipelines to identify high-potential audiences and inform targeting strategy.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to ensure data quality, instrumentation, and measurement reliability.
- Measure, model, and optimize top-of-funnel acquisition performance across channels including SEO, SEM, AEO, paid social, and other organic surfaces.
- Build and advance the measurement frameworks that guide these investments - spanning attribution, incrementality testing, and media mix modeling - to understand what truly drives efficient growth.
- Combine behavioral data, experimentation, and predictive modeling to quantify marketing impact, improve lead quality, and inform channel strategy.
Other
- Degree in Statistics or a related quantitative field; Masters or PhD preferred
- 6+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, or a related field
- Comfort with ambiguous, open-ended research questions and the ability to translate findings into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex ideas simply and build trust across teams
- Passion for improving access to mental health care and advancing patient reach through data-driven growth strategies
