Kajabi is looking to elevate its growth engine through rigorous measurement, attribution, and forecasting by empowering Marketing, Growth, and Finance teams with data-driven insights and models for confident investment decisions.
Requirements
- Expert knowledge of SQL and Python (R optional).
- Hands-on experience building production-ready models for: Multi-touch attribution
- Hands-on experience building production-ready models for: Media mix models / regression-based MMM
- Hands-on experience building production-ready models for: Incrementality / causal inference
- Hands-on experience building production-ready models for: LTV, CAC, retention, and forecasting
- 7+ years in data science or analytics, with deep experience in performance marketing, growth analytics, attribution, or forecasting—preferably in a SaaS or digital subscription business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of multi-touch attribution (MTA), incrementality testing, and media mix modeling (MMM)
- Build frameworks to evaluate both paid and organic growth levers (e.g., paid social, paid search, influencer, lifecycle, affiliates, SEO).
- Develop predictive models for CAC, LTV, and payback windows
- Build forecasting models for acquisition, spend efficiency, and conversion funnels.
- Partner with Growth and Lifecycle teams to design and analyze A/B tests, holdout experiments, geo-tests, and uplift modeling.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering to ensure data pipelines, identity resolution, and event schemas effectively support attribution and marketing analytics workflows.
- Serve as the marketing data science thought leader—shaping how Kajabi invests in acquisition, retention, and lifecycle programs.
Other
- Work closely with Marketing, Growth, Finance, and Product to define KPIs and measurement approaches that align to Kajabi's OKRs.
- Translate complex modeling output into simple, compelling recommendations for senior leadership.
- Establish best practices for experimentation, measurement, and statistical rigor across the marketing org.
- Advocate for clean, scalable datasets powering marketing insights and models.
- Present forecasts, risks, and recommendations to senior leaders to guide strategic decisions.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence investment decisions.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset for identifying growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.
