Requirements
- 4+ years of experience working in a Data Science or similar role; experience working directly with PMs in a Product Data Science role is a plus
- Experience building and deploying ML models in a production environment, particularly for personalization, recommendations, and predictive use cases
- Competency with Python and SQL
- Strong experience communicating data science solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, Product Managers and Engineers to identify opportunities and create data science solutions
- Prototype different approaches to identify the best data solutions for business problems
- Design, deploy, and maintain statistical and machine-learning models in business- and customer-facing applications; for example, personalized onboarding, dynamic cross-sell targeting, and customer-intent predictions
- Validate and improve model performance through iterative testing, tuning, and feature engineering
- Research advancements in data science and machine learning to evaluate new techniques and technologies for potential application
