Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics / data science / product analytics.
- 5+ years of experience writing SQL for analysis and reporting.
- 2+ years of experience building dashboards (Power BI preferred).
- Proficiency in Python for analysis (statistics, data manipulation, visualization).
- Experience with large-scale telemetry/event data (clickstream/product usage events).
- Strong statistical foundation and experience with causal inference or impact evaluation (more important than advanced ML).
- Familiarity with distributed / big-data query tools (SparkSQL, Databricks) or Azure Data Explorer.
Responsibilities
- Lead analyses that identify drivers of acquisition, engagement, retention, and overall product performance.
- Build and maintain reporting queries and monitoring frameworks with Engineering to track business health.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enable stakeholder adoption of self-service reporting.
- Work with complex, high-volume, high-dimensional datasets from multiple sources and systems.
- Deliver high-quality work in environments with incomplete, messy, or inconsistent data.
- Communicate results through compelling data stories tailored to product, marketing, and leadership audiences.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to define success metrics and integrate insights into planning and execution.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including comfort working independently with ambiguous requirements.

- Demonstrated experience collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in the Seattle area (or similar collaboration-focused environment).
