Intuit is seeking to bridge the gap between raw data and high-level business application to inform critical decisions and shape the future of the company's growth

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience building models and applying experimentation concepts to strategic decisions
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing and causal inference principles — able to guide teams on interpretation, limitations, and strategic implications

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Translation: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable data science initiatives
  • Modeling & Forecasting: Build and apply models that forecast business outcomes, evaluate scenarios, and inform strategic choices
  • Experimentation Strategy: Provide guidance on experimentation frameworks — advising on design considerations, interpreting results, and helping teams think critically about pricing, customer behavior, and growth experiments
  • Predictive Analytics: Develop predictive models that forecast business performance and uncover new growth opportunities
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as a strategic thought partner to research, marketing, finance, product, and data engineering teams, building alignment and driving data-informed decision-making
  • Communication: Translate complex analysis into compelling stories and insights that resonate with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science); advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, strategy, or analytics roles, ideally including time in consulting or a strategy-focused capacity
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and connect data to strategic clarity
