Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office suite; high proficiency in MS Excel
- Semiconductor Industry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Use data analytics to identify Demand Planning performance issues and drive actions
- Analyze demand trends, backlog, bookings, point-of-sales, and etc. against historical trends to identify anomalies
- Publish and monitor supply chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor Demand plans vs. actuals to identify variance and drive actions
- Ad-hoc projects that involving cross-functional teams from Finance, Sales and Product Marketing teams
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, or related fields with 5-10 years of related professional Demand Planning and/or Supply Chain experience OR Master’s degree in business, data science, or related fields with 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter
- Very task-oriented
