Baxter is seeking a Sr. Designer/BIM Specialist to collaborate with sales, project management, and production teams to create innovative solutions that meet product configuration needs, aiming to improve efficiency and streamline processes within their project management office.
Requirements
- Strong CAD skills with hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Revit
- 3-5 years of proven experience in design or a related engineering field
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CAD/BIM family content and standards
- Design and coordinate complex engineering projects, ensuring they meet our stringent quality standards
- Support sales and project management teams with detailed documentation and accurate coordination
- Automate routines in BIM to significantly boost efficiency and streamline processes
- Collaborate closely with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to resolve any clashes and conflicts that may arise
- Develop and successfully implement BIM documentation and workflow process standards

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to convey complex ideas clearly
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills that ensure flawless execution of tasks
- Experience in commercial construction, manufacturing, or industrial fields is highly desirable
