Hogarth is seeking a Senior Designer to support a top-tier global professional services organization by reimagining and adapting existing brand guidelines and creative materials for different deliverables, balancing original conceptual ideas and creative expansion.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience in an agency working with big brands, blending creativity and light production skills
- Experience in comprehensive B2B marketing and communications, spanning digital, print, and both original content creation and adaptation
- Pro in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Knowledge of design systems, integrated digital design, and brand guidelines
- Social media native with fresh, bold ideas and strategic insight
- Experience collaborating with offshore teams
- Eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling
Responsibilities
- Execute visually compelling B2B design solutions across diverse channels (digital, print, motion and video content) to clearly communicate our brand's value proposition and enhance the client experience
- Drive the creative vision for projects from ideation through storyboarding, developing innovative concepts for campaigns across various media that align with strategic goals and deeply resonate with target audiences.
- Adapt campaign creative for different placements while maintaining a cohesive brand image
- Demonstrate a deep understanding and proficiency in working within a design system
- Collaborate with WPP creative partners, offshore production teams, and client teams to deliver design elements on brand and to spec
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, incorporating feedback from various stakeholders
- Present ideas in a clear and concise manner
