Savage X Fenty is looking to hire a Senior Designer to lead their Loungewear and Casual Sleep categories, driving seasonal design concepts, delivering innovative products, and ensuring alignment across the broader lifestyle assortment, while also providing creative oversight and mentorship to the Sport Designer.
Requirements
- Strong CAD and sketching skills; highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CLO/3D experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of loungewear, casual sleep, and lifestyle apparel fabrications, including knits, wovens, and novelty finishes.
- Deep knowledge of construction techniques and product finishes that elevate comfort and function.
- Ability to translate design vision into product that resonates with both fashion and commercial needs.
- Innovative and forward-thinking with an eye for trend forecasting and consumer insights.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring designers.
Responsibilities
- Lead seasonal concept development for Loungewear and Casual Sleep, pulling inspiration from global lifestyle, fashion, and cultural trends.
- Own sketch development, CAD creation, and PLM management from concept through final handoff.
- Develop mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal narratives that elevate and differentiate the brand.
- Partner with R&D and sourcing teams on fabric, trims, and innovation that prioritize comfort, versatility, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with Graphic & Print Design on seasonal graphics, prints, and logo applications.
- Confidently present design concepts to cross-functional partners and leadership.
- Provide design direction and mentorship to the Sport Designer to ensure brand-right execution and cross-category cohesion.

- 10+ years of design experience in loungewear, sleepwear, intimates, or lifestyle apparel.
- Strong graphic point of view.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed for research, development, and vendor collaboration.
