American Express's Global Advertising and Brand Management team needs to create marketplace demand and drive commerce for its products and services through differentiated and innovative branding, marketing, and experiences. The OnBrand Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Designer to conceptualize and design best-in-class creative and marketing communications to achieve this goal.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience with a focus on holistic marketing journeys, branding, visual identity systems, and digital design.
- Creative portfolio that includes high-quality, brand-focused design work.
- Proficient with Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat), Sketch and Microsoft office.
- Proven ability to implement brand guidelines, concept and deliver bold, effective campaign concepts across digital, traditional, and experiential mediums.
- Strong communications skills and an ability to present work intelligently and concisely in internal review and stakeholder meetings.
- You are an expert and love all things Package design, Branding/VI and identity.
- Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront).
Responsibilities
- Expertly leverage our brand visual identity to concept and design compelling marketing creative, visual identity systems, and digital experiences across high priority American Express marketing journeys.
- Provide oversight for and mentor junior creatives and specialists.
- Be a passionate advocate for creative, design, and marketing trends, with proven ability to infuse trends into creative work.
- Clearly and confidently present and defend creative work.
- Be a passionate advocate for the customer, providing creative guidance to internal partners and helping to build a strong culture that values creative thought leadership.
