Cincinnati Children's is looking to solve the problem of developing and maintaining complex software applications and platforms to support their healthcare services
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure, and Microsoft 365 integrations
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) in Power Platform
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Power Platform
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, C-Sharp, or .NET is a plus
- Familiarity with AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents, and custom APIs
Responsibilities
- Development- Design and produce of new and enhanced software
- Conduct business analysis, testing and support efforts
- Perform maintenance and support efforts for a large/complex platform or a portfolio of applications
- Collaboration- Serve as senior liaison to internal and external groups, both technical and non-technical
- Assess and synthesize complex user requirements
- Develop detailed work breakdown structures and implementation plans
- Execute testing efforts including data validation and information security reviews

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
