Responsibilities
- Support cloud-native development teams during the migration of legacy systems to modern platforms
- Interpret, understand, and replatform complex business logic and batch processes
- Collaborate with cloud engineers to bring deep expertise in COBOL, RPG, JCL, and related mainframe technologies
- Help cloud engineers understand and work with legacy systems
- Replatform complex business logic and batch processes
- Work with hybrid teams involving legacy and cloud modernization
- Integrate APIs, convert batch-to-stream, or use legacy wrapper patterns
