Requirements
- 7+ years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics BC with at least one Microsoft Development Certification.
- Experience working with common third-party add-on solutions and their integration with Business Central. NAV/BC desired (for example: Lanham, ChargeLogic).
- Strong expertise in AL and C/AL development, including complex customizations and integrations.
- Proven experience owning or leading complex BC/NAV development efforts
- Celigo Experience is a plus
- Adept in navigating creative workarounds and circumventing technical issues.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain custom modules and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, leveraging advanced AL and C/AL development and complex integrations.
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex NAV and Business Central solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Develop and support integrations between Business Central and third-party systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, payment gateways, and external platforms).
- Implement workflow automation and business logic through high-quality AL code.
- Participate in and lead code reviews, technical analysis, and solution design discussions, ensuring adherence to development best practices and standards.
- Configure Business Central to support a variety of business processes and operational requirements.
- Implement and maintain application interfaces to ensure seamless system integrations.
Other
- Mentor and support developers in their growth within Business Central.
- Maintain ongoing communication with consultants, project managers, and leadership on progress, risks, and delivery status.
- Collaborate closely with clients to translate business needs into effective, scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical estimates and input on effort, scope, timelines, and resource needs for development tasks and mini-projects.
- Exceptional collaborator with both strong written and verbal communication abilities.
