Requirements
- Demonstrated ability in structuring technical content for effective onboarding on software platforms or products.
- Experience designing and developing developer learning journeys.
- Background with documentation systems and information architecture, particularly for technical content.
- Experience using data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and drive improvements.
- Experience developing blended learning solutions and onboarding programs.
- Knowledge of generative AI tools and their application in learning content creation.
Responsibilities
- Design developer journeys and implement effective content strategies that consider the entire learning ecosystem, including structured courses and informal opportunities.
- Champion a user-centric approach, focusing on jobs-to-be-done and working backwards from learning outcomes to build engaging content across various modalities.
- Analyze developer learning journey needs in collaboration with leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and learners to identify and address gaps.
- Define project workflows, potentially adapting models like ADDIE, to ensure clarity in project intake, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Evaluate content performance, author feedback, and learner progress, using data to inform improvements.
- Establish and maintain a library of resources, templates, runbooks, and tutorials to ensure consistency and streamline content lifecycle management and potentially create technical, process, or soft-skill content for various audiences.
- Explore innovative approaches to scale work, such as the use of generative AI to expedite content creation.

- 10+ years of experience.
- Consistent track record of running complex learning projects with multiple collaborators, preferably in a global setting.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, collaborators, and learners.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Instructional Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
