The Xbox Developer Relations team is looking for a Senior Developer Partner Manager to own and manage relationships with leading games, middleware, engine, and services developers, helping them use Xbox tools and services to build the best gaming experiences across Microsoft platforms.
Requirements
- Technical game development experience across platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, and/or Windows PC.
- Ability to ramp up on new technology and end-to-end scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Research and understanding technical aspects of Microsoft platforms. (Xbox, Game Streaming, Azure, Windows PC development)
- Work on technical problems that require cross group collaboration.
- Provide technical insights to internal partner teams to influence platform direction.
- Build content and tools that helps us reach and build relationships with developers new to the Xbox ecosystem
- Be a representative for Xbox at game developer events and conferences.

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering OR equivalent experience.
- Experience building collaborative and trust-based relationships with partners by applying communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Passion for gaming and consumer entertainment and the technologies to create these experiences.
