you.com is looking to bridge the gap between their engineering teams and the global developer community to drive adoption, engagement, and advocacy for their AI-powered products and APIs.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background with hands-on coding experience (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages preferred).
  • Experience creating technical content (blogs, tutorials, videos, sample apps).
  • Familiarity with open source, APIs, and cloud technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with developers through forums, social media, and community events.
  • Develop and publish high-quality technical content, including developer documentation, tutorials, sample code, blog posts, and videos to help developers succeed with you.com’s APIs.
  • Plan and represent you.com at conferences, meetups, webinars, and hackathons.
  • Deliver talks, workshops, and demos to showcase our technology and inspire adoption.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from the developer community to inform product and engineering teams, helping to shape product direction and improve the developer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure you.com remains at the forefront of developer innovation.
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align messaging, launch new features, and support go-to-market initiatives.

Other

  • 5+ years of experience in developer relations, developer advocacy, software engineering, or a related role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for building and engaging with developer communities.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience equivalent or equal to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
