Requirements
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II preferred.
- Experience developing within CX tech stacks, specifically Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect (call center), Salesforce Messaging In-App and Web (chat), Forethought, Assembled, and Maestro.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and AWS Lambdas or equivalent enterprise languages (Java, C, Python) and serverless functions.
- Proficiency in REST APIs and data integration.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps (git, GitHub, Gearset, or equivalents).
- Track record of delivering reliable, scalable solutions in an Agile environment.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or equivalent engineering role.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex Salesforce and Amazon Connect solutions.
- Utilizing internal and external APIs to integrate platforms
- Building and maintaining Lightning Web Components, Apex solutions, and declarative automation.
- Identifying technical debt and recommending refactoring strategies.
- Writing technical documentation, deployment plans, and unit tests.
- Supporting discovery sessions, UAT, and design.
- Mentoring teammates and providing feedback on features.
