Peraton is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support critical applications for Collection Management, Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR), and intelligence operations for their SITE III JIOC contract.
Requirements
- Programming Language Experience including – but not limited to – Java, Python (Poetry, Flask, etc.) and JavaScript (emphasis on React ecosystem libraries)
- AWS technologies: Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, DocumentDB,
- Experience using modern techniques such as REST, JSON, Spring, Spring Boot, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., JQuery, Angular, React), and Docker
- Experience using Git, Jenkins, Gitlab
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a Scrum team to develop and enhance enterprise systems.
- Apply best practices in architecture design, data science, cloud services, and DevSecOps.
- Automate testing and integration using Open Source and COTS tools.
- Develop and integrate bug fixes and new features using tools like Java, Git, and Junit.
Other
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph, or TS with SCI eligibility and ability to obtain a polygraph
- Current 8570 IAT Level II or higher cert such as CompTIA Security+ CE for Privileged User Access (PUA)
