The company is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team to be responsible for the development, support, and maintenance of their COTS product, internal build/install processes, and AWS resources.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in InstallShield environment
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g. GitLab) and CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Experience managing cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence)
- Proficiency in version control tools (e.g. SVN, Git)
Responsibilities
- Provide support and development for InstallShield to ensure smooth deployment of the COTS product.
- Develop and support the internal build processes for the product
- Design, build, and maintain stable and efficient infrastructure to optimize product delivery across production, QA, and development environments
- Manage deployment/configuration management processes
- Support operations for product builds and deployments using cloud resources (AWS, Azure)
- Configure and manage IIS security settings (including bindings, SSL certificates, and application pools)
- Develop and support software for the product using technologies such as PL.SQL, nUnit, C and web-based technologies

- Up to 10% travel required
- This position is remote. However, the selected candidate will be required to travel to the Hanover, MD or Chantilly, VA offices as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5 -7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
