Requirements
- Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines
- Hands-on experience with DevOps or SRE style work
- Experience managing a team using modern DevOps tooling
- Experience with Developer Tools
- Experience with Security Tools
- Have past experience creating changes to improve the Developer Experience
- Understand Security from a DevOps perspective
Responsibilities
- building, maintaining, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines to drive an optimal developer experience
- ensure infrastructure is both highly available and performant
- demonstrate a strong comprehension of developer tools and technologies (GitHub, IaC/Ansible, etc)
- security tools and analysis (linting, Asan, CVE, etc)
- artifact management
- process tools (Jira, etc)
- managing, leading, and growing the individual contributors of their organization
Other
- 12+ years of professional experience
- 5+ years of experience managing a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Engineering team
- Have helped to improve code coverage, drive down test time, increase fidelity, and increase efficiency
- This position requires participation in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support as needed.
