Imperial Dade is seeking an innovative and digitally focused Senior Data Scientist to accelerate its digital transformation journey by leveraging data science and advanced analytics to drive digital product innovation, optimize digital experiences, and inform digital strategy.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, & R, and experience with digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
- Extensive hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM): Proven ability to design, implement, and manage complex tagging strategies across multiple digital properties. Skilled in configuring custom tags, triggers, and variables to capture advanced user interactions and digital events.
- Deep understanding of digital customer journeys, UX analytics, visualization skills (Power BI, or similar), with the ability to communicate digital insights to diverse audiences.
- Experience in machine learning for digital applications, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital product environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data frameworks (Spark, Databricks).
- Background in digital experimentation, CRO (conversion rate optimization) experience using Customer Lifetime Value models to identify growth drivers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with digital product managers and UX teams to analyze user behavior, identify friction points, and recommend enhancements for web and mobile platforms based on transaction and behavioral data.
- Build, deploy, and monitor machine learning models that personalize digital experiences, optimize recommendations, and improve digital engagement.
- Analyze digital marketing campaigns, A/B test new features, and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time insights into digital KPIs, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
- Synthesize data from multiple digital touchpoints (web, app, Sales Portal, CRM, social, e-commerce) to deliver holistic, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business leaders to define and track digital success metrics, supporting strategic decision-making and digital roadmaps.
- Evaluate and implement new digital analytics tools and platforms to enhance our capabilities.
Other
- 4+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics, with a strong focus on digital products, digital marketing, or digital transformation.
- Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- This position is from Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
