MMC Corporate is looking to enhance its global intranet platform, Colleague Connect, by improving user experience, search capabilities, and overall platform performance through data-driven insights and AI technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in intranet analytics, search strategy, or related roles with strong expertise in tools like Power BI, Google Analytics, tyGraph, or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and related search technologies.
- Proven experience designing and executing search optimization strategies.
- Experience working with AI tools, natural language processing, machine learning, and integrating AI solutions into enterprise platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI-powered search and personalization solutions.
- Familiarity with scripting or programming languages such as PowerShell or Python for data analysis and AI integration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive analytics frameworks to monitor intranet usage, engagement, and content performance, delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards.
- Design and execute search strategies to improve relevance, accuracy, and user satisfaction, collaborating with IT, content, and AI teams to optimize search configurations and algorithms.
- Partner with AI and development teams to identify, evaluate, and integrate AI-driven tools and solutions that enhance search relevance, content recommendations, and overall user experience.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by gathering user feedback and analyzing engagement metrics to enhance search discoverability and content findability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units, IT, and content teams to align analytics and search strategies with organizational goals and provide training on analytics tools.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent collaboration and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- The applicable base salary range for this role is $136,700 to $273,400.
