Requirements
- Familiarity with MarTech ecosystems and tools such as CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress), Segment, GA4, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Fluency in Agile practices, including iterative development, backlog refinement, and supporting dual-track discovery and delivery.
- Strong discovery and strategy skills - adept at framing problems, crafting hypotheses, validating direction, and aligning on the “why.”
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in defining and delivering impactful digital products that drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience mentoring product team members and fostering an empowered, outcome-focused, and growth-oriented team culture.
- 10-15+ years of experience in digital product management, ideally within platform-driven, mission-oriented, or highly matrixed organizations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing across functions and working consultatively in complex environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead upstream conversations that translate business goals into actionable product direction.
- Work with product teams to shape roadmaps that balance near-term needs with long-term digital product vision.
- Collaborate across teams to define effective ways of working, evaluate external partnerships, and shape new digital opportunities.
- Advance digital product strategy that bridges organizational narrative and audience experience.
- Define product outcomes rooted in user insights, data, and strategic priorities.
- Partner with IT counterparts to ensure technology decisions are grounded in user needs, strategic direction, and long-term value.
- Contribute to strategic storytelling and executive communication by shaping narratives that clarify direction, demonstrate value, and align collaborators around shared goals.
