Requirements
- 15 plus years of experience in digital, production development or management OR experience with a strong background in development and configuration
- Experience supply chain digital product management.
- Experience collaborating with data science and optimization-oriented engineering teams.
- Strong business acumen
- Previous experience with full life cycle of product management from vision to execution
- Bring a global perspective on strategic direction and creation of the vision with the business.
Responsibilities
- Drive product portfolio vision, strategy and set directions for your product area.
- Create buy-in for the vision and convey the interests of all stakeholders, sponsors, and potential customers to the Product Manager.
- Provide continuous guidance and coaching to Product Managers
- Ensure that new incoming work for the portfolio is aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Support the Product Managers to decompose the Opportunities into Product Features.
- Work with Product teams to estimate the work effort and provides input for portfolio prioritization.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, technical discipline leaders across data, analytics, engineering and science, capability leaders and key 3rd party partners to navigate through priorities and capacity constraints.
