Cintas is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of a suite of digital products that enhance and complement their in-person, on-site business services, aiming to deliver exceptional online customer experiences that seamlessly connect with and enrich offline interactions.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of managing multiple products or product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to launch and optimization, for multiple products.
- Facilitate market research, analyze customer feedback, and leverage data to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
- Measure and report on product performance, using insights to continuously improve customer experiences and business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a deep understanding of both the digital and on-site customer journeys.
- Develop and mentor a team of Product Managers, guiding their career growth and ensuring successful management of individual products as the team scales.
