Overit is seeking a Senior Digital Strategist to lead results-driven marketing strategies across digital channels—while helping evolve how we deliver smarter, faster, AI-assisted campaigns for our clients.

Requirements

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok/YouTube platforms
  • Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio
  • CRM and email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Klaviyo)
  • SEO principles and tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs)
  • AI tools for marketing (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, etc.)
  • Proven ability to lead strategy and performance across paid media, SEO, email, and analytics.
  • Ensure tracking integrity with GA4, Tag Manager, UTM strategy, and CRM integration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee integrated digital campaigns spanning paid media (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, TikTok), email, SEO, and content.
  • Build and optimize user journeys that support conversion, lead gen, and nurture flows.
  • Manage campaign tracking, analytics setup, and performance dashboards to ensure accurate attribution and real-time decision-making.
  • Use AI tools for audience research, content ideation, reporting summaries, and campaign optimization—ensuring accuracy, relevance, and ethical use.
  • Evaluate and test emerging AI-powered platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, predictive analytics tools) to drive efficiency across strategy, content, and reporting.
  • Own performance dashboards and campaign reporting—surfacing insights that lead to smarter strategy and stronger ROI.
  • Lead A/B testing strategies for creative, messaging, landing pages, and CTAs across channels.

Other

  • Act as the lead strategist across a portfolio of clients—developing campaign strategies, defining KPIs, and guiding execution toward business goals.
  • Present digital plans and performance insights to clients, translating data into actionable, compelling narratives.
  • Lead discovery and strategy sessions that help shape full-funnel marketing initiatives—across awareness, acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal media, creative, and dev teams to ensure campaign consistency and performance.
  • Help define and evolve Overit's AI-enabled strategy framework, training others as tools mature.
